Services

Every system a trade business needs. One subscription.

Nine systems that find the work, catch the enquiry and book the job. They are not add-ons, upgrades or a bigger plan you graduate onto later. Every Smart Site ships with all nine from the day it goes live.

  • $497 a month, everything in
  • No lock-in contracts
  • Live in 7 to 10 days

Stage one

Get found by people ready to spend.

Before anything can be automated, the right people have to land on your site and believe you are the safe choice. That is three of the nine.

The website

A website built to make the phone ring

Most trade websites are a brochure with a phone number at the bottom. Yours is built the way a good salesperson works: it opens with the job the customer is trying to get done, proves you can do it, and makes the next step obvious on every screen.

  • Designed around your trade, your services and the suburbs you actually cover
  • Copy drafted for you and approved by you before a word of it goes live
  • Built to load fast on a phone with one bar, which is where most of your traffic is

The result: visitors stop reading and start enquiring.

Local SEO

Own your patch on Google

Page two of Google is the same as not being there. Your Smart Site is structured for local search from the first day it goes live, not bolted on as an upsell six months later when you ask why the phone is quiet.

  • Service and suburb pages built around the searches your customers actually type
  • Your Google Business Profile set up properly and connected back to the site
  • The technical side handled: schema, sitemaps, speed, mobile and internal linking

The result: you turn up when somebody nearby needs you now.

Reputation

Five-star reviews, without the awkward ask

Nobody enjoys asking for a review, so most tradies never do, and the only customers who leave one unprompted are the unhappy ones. Your Smart Site does the asking for you, at the moment the customer is happiest with your work.

  • An automatic request goes out as soon as the job is marked done
  • Happy customers are walked to your Google review page in two taps
  • Quieter feedback comes back to you privately instead of landing in public

The result: a steady stream of fresh reviews, which is the single biggest lever on local ranking.

Getting found is only worth something if the enquiry survives the next ten minutes.

Stage two

Catch every enquiry, not just the convenient ones.

Enquiries do not arrive between nine and five, and they do not wait. These three make sure nothing lands somewhere you are not looking.

Automation

Miss the call, keep the job

You cannot answer the phone with your hands in a switchboard, and the caller will not wait. Most of them ring the next name on the list within a couple of minutes, and you never find out the call happened.

  • Any call you miss triggers a text back within seconds, written in your voice
  • The conversation carries on by text while you finish what you are doing
  • Works after hours, on weekends and while you are already on another job

The result: the lead that used to go to voicemail is still yours by the time you get back to the ute.

Lead capture

No enquiry slips through

Enquiries arrive from six places and get lost in five of them. Every call, form, text and message is captured the moment it lands, then tagged and qualified before it reaches you.

  • Short, smart forms that ask what you need to quote and nothing more
  • Every lead tagged by service, suburb and urgency before you look at it
  • Nothing sits in a notification you swiped away at seven in the morning

The result: you know who is serious before you pick up the phone.

One inbox

Every channel, one place

Facebook messages in one app, Google messages in another, texts on your personal phone and the website form going to an email address you have not opened since March. One of them is always the one you missed.

  • Calls, texts, website forms, Facebook and Google in one thread per customer
  • Full history on every contact, so nobody has to explain the job twice
  • Reply from your phone or a laptop, from the same number, every time

The result: one place to look, and nothing hiding anywhere else.

An enquiry you caught but never followed up is worth exactly the same as one you missed.

Stage three

Turn enquiries into booked jobs.

Winning the work is a follow-up problem, not a sales problem. The last three close the loop and then reopen it months later.

Booking

Jobs booked while you sleep

A large share of your enquiries arrive after five. Two days of phone tag is where most of them quietly die, usually with the customer booking whoever answered first.

  • Customers pick a real time from your live calendar, straight off your site
  • Travel time, buffers and your knock-off time are respected automatically
  • Confirmations and reminders go out by text without you touching anything

The result: you wake up to a fuller diary and fewer no-shows.

Follow-up

Follow-up that never forgets

Most quotes are not lost, they are forgotten. Jobs are usually won on the second or third contact, which is precisely where a tradie who is flat out on the tools stops chasing.

  • A friendly sequence on days one, three and seven after every quote
  • Written in your voice, and it stops the second they reply or book
  • Every reply lands back in the same inbox as everything else

The result: quotes that used to go cold turn into “yeah go on then, Thursday works”.

Retention

Old customers, new work

The cheapest job you will ever win comes from someone who has already paid you once. Most trade businesses have hundreds of them sitting in a phone contact list, doing absolutely nothing.

  • Your past customer list imported, de-duplicated and cleaned up once
  • One-click campaigns for quiet weeks, seasonal work and annual checks
  • Sent from your number, so it reads like a message rather than a mailout

The result: quiet weeks fill up with people who already trust you.

Nine systems, one subscription, and no part of it is your job to run.

No line items

Also included, and never billed separately.

The things other providers quietly charge for, or quietly stop doing once the invoice is paid.

  • Hosting and SSL

Fast Australian-served hosting and a secure certificate, monitored around the clock.

  • Unlimited content edits

New service, new price, new photos, changed hours. Send a message, it gets done.

  • Your domain, your content

The domain, the words and the photos are yours from day one and stay yours if you leave.

  • Speed and uptime monitoring

If something breaks at 2am we find out before you do, and it is fixed before the morning.

  • One team to call

You deal with the people who built it, not an account manager reading from a ticket.

  • Ongoing tuning

Copy, layout and automations keep getting adjusted based on what is actually converting.

The price

All nine. $497 a month.

Not a starter tier, not a plan you upgrade out of. Every Smart Site includes every system on this page, plus hosting, edits and support, for one flat monthly fee. No setup cost and no lock-in contract. For most trades that is about what a single job is worth.

Questions

Straight answers.

Everything is included at the one price, so there is nothing to pick from and nothing to upgrade to later. If you only want to switch two of them on at the start, that is completely fine. Most people turn on missed-call text-back and booking in week one, then add the rest once the first leads start coming through.

Yes. We keep the number that is on your ute and your business cards, and add texting to it. Nothing about how you make and take calls changes, and your customers never see a different number.

Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar for bookings, Google Business Profile for reviews, and Facebook and Instagram for messages. If you already run a job management tool such as ServiceM8, Tradify or SimPRO, we connect to it rather than try to replace it.

We do, in your voice, and you approve every message before it sends. They are written to read like something you typed on site rather than a marketing email, because that is what actually gets replies.

Ask. The system is ours, so if something is a reasonable fit for a trade business we will usually just build it. If it is genuinely out of scope we will tell you that on the call instead of quoting you for it.
